A quick spell for happiness and joy.

Materials:

• 1 Bottle or container, preferably small
• Yellow glitter
• A piece of dalmatian jasper, or any other stone that brings happiness
• At least one other object that makes you happy
• Enough water to fill the bottle
• A sigil for happiness

Take your bottle and put in as much glitter as you feel appropriate, then add your stone, then object of happiness. Fill the bottle with water, seal it, and add your sigil on top. Give it a good shake when you’re feeling down!
