• Bay leaf
• Rosemary
• Mugwort

Grab your bag and add the salt to the bottom of the bag. This will absorb pretty much anything bad that hits it. Then add the bay leaf, mugwort, and rosemary into the bag and pull the string tight! Now, pour your intent/energy into it. Tell it what its purpose is.

Once you feel like its finished absorbing from you, go ahead and put it where you like in the room! I’m hanging mine in the window as a sort of ward for anything entering through that window while it covers the room too.
